No. Hypnosis does not take away your awareness, judgment, or ability to choose.You remain involved throughout the session and can speak, ask a question, pause, or stop at any time.My role is to guide the process and walk alongside you, not to control it. You decide what you are comfortable exploring, and the work moves at a pace that is respectful and supportive.
Most people can experience hypnosis when they feel comfortable, willing, and able to engage with the process.Hypnosis does not require you to "switch off" your mind or enter a particular kind of trance. People experience it differently. Some notice a deep sense of relaxation, while other remain more aware of their thoughts or surroundings.What matters most is not whether your experience looks a certain way, but whetehr you are able to stay curious, respond honestly, and all the process to unfold in a way that feels natural to you.
No. Hypnosis is not a belief system, and you do not need to approach it with any particular spiritual or religious view.What matters more is your willingness to take part in the process, follow the guidance, and notice what comes up for you.You do not have to convince yourself that something special is happening. You can simply remain curious and allow yourself to experience the session in your own way.

It is to offer insight, clarity, and a different perspective that may help you move forward with greater understanding.
A Tarot Reading begins with a question, situation, or area of your life you would like to explore.As the cards are drawn, we look at the themes, patterns, and possibilities they may be reflecting, and discuss how they connect with that you are experiencing now.The reading is not about predicting a fixed future or making decisions for you. It is a reflective process intended to offer clarity, perspective, and guidance as you consider your next steps.
Group Guided Journeys are shared experiences built around a particular theme, such as relaxation, self-discovery, inner conenction, or personal growth.I guide the group through the journey while each person has their own private experience. There is no pressure for anyone to share anything personal unless they choose to.Journeys may be offered online or in person and can be selected from an existing collection or created for a particular group, event, or retreat.
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a full session fee.If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation.
The number of sessions will depend on what you would like support with and what emerges through the process.Some people may notice a meaningful shift after one session, while for others, understanding and change unfold more gradually.After your first session, we can discuss what may be most supportive moving forward, without any pressure to continue.
No. Alchemical Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, or other licensed health services.It may be used as a complementary experience alongside other forms or support, where appropriate.If you are receiving medical or mental-health care, you should continue following the guidance of your qualified healthcare provider.
