Moon Goddess services are available to adults age 18 and older. Services are supportive, educational and do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or emergency services.

Payment is required to confirm a paid appointment. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Only payment methods that are active and tested should be listed.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited. When appropriate, Tanya may privately offer one courtesy reschedule at her discretion; this courtesy is not advertised as an entitlement.

Payments are non-refundable. When a paid service cannot proceed, Moon Goddess will first offer rescheduling. At Moon Goddess’s discretion, unused value may remain as a non-transferable service credit belonging only to the person who made the booking. Credits have no cash value.

This package includes three 90-minute Alchemical Hypnosis sessions. For continuity and maximum benefit, clients are gently encouraged to complete the series within approximately three months, while allowing flexibility for individual integration and scheduling needs.

For online sessions, join approximately 10 minutes early so you can settle and test your setup. Choose a quiet, private place; have water, a blanket or pillow if helpful, headphones, and a charged device. This work is best received when you are clear-headed and free from alcohol or non-prescribed substances.

Do not join while driving or performing any activity that requires alertness. The client is responsible for choosing a private, physically safe setting and providing an emergency contact when requested. If the connection fails, use the reconnection instructions in the appointment email.

A confidential intake form is required before the first hypnosis session and must be submitted at least 24 hours beforehand. These questions help determine whether hypnosis can be offered safely and within the scope of Moon Goddess Alchemical Hypnosis. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, mental-health history and current care. Tanya may contact you privately to discuss whether additional information or guidance from an appropriate regulated healthcare professional would be helpful before proceeding.

Akashic Record and tarot readings are reflective and intuitive services. They are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. Clients remain responsible for their choices and decisions.

Information is treated respectfully and kept private, subject to legal requirements, safety concerns, consented service providers and the practical limits of electronic communication. Clients are encouraged to participate from a private location and use a secure device and internet connect. Privacy within their own environment, device and network remains outside the direct control of Moon Goddess Alchemical Hypnosis.

Sessions are not video-recorded. A transcript may be created only after separate, explicit consent. If used, it is processed solely to identify agreed high-level reflections, supportive practices and next steps. The raw transcript is deleted within seven days; the client-facing summary may remain in the secure portal. Consent may be refused without affecting access to the service.

Online sessions use Microsoft Teams and the website uses Wix and related service providers. Their own privacy and service terms apply. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
